Podcast Update - Intro to Season 2

Hello and welcome to the Gold Forest English podcast.
My name is Jordan and I want to start by explaining a change that I want to make.

So I've been doing this podcast for a short time… um… I've done a a fair few episodes, maybe around 15 I'm not sure. Around that. But so far I've been doing this podcast kind of like a diary: I've been talking about my own life and my own memories, my own experiences, and I'm not really I'm not really enjoying it. So I thought I would make… I thought I would make a change and from here I want to try something different.

So starting with this coming episode, I want to do something a bit different. I want to talk more about English language points, maybe grammar points or vocabulary points, some kind of mini lesson. I think I would enjoy that. I would feel that this is more valuable compared to a kind of diary that I've been doing.

So future episodes, I'm thinking about doing these kind of mini English lessons or there might be some cultural discussion about English culture, how that connects with language. So I think I'm going to start doing that from this point on. I'll think of it as a kind of season two, a new type of show, a new type of podcast. So I hope that this change will be valuable…um I hope that you enjoy it and get more out of it. …I enjoy I I hope that I will enjoy it. So this is a a change that I'm going to make.
